Who can have a card?
Any person who resides in the Piedmont Valley area may become a member of the library. Proof of address is required. Registration is free for Meade County residents. Non-resident fee is $15 per year for individuals and $25 for a family at the same residence. Persons under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to become a member. Written consent from a parent or guardian is required for minors to use the Internet or check out materials.

How to obtain a library card
Bring proof of your Meade County residence to the library to sign up. We will request your name, address, telephone number, and ID.
