Artist of the Month
Our Artist of the Month for February and March is Amy Beth!
"Uniquely imperfect handmade creations…
made with joy and reflection.
Amy Beth is a long-time Piedmont resident, who after 30 years in the hair industry, switched gears and started Very Verna. Naming her business after her grandmother, who was also an artist, she is inspired by spreading joy and goodness through her work. She loves telling a story with her photography, turning that into handmade cards. Strongly influenced by animals, nature, and music, she also does abstract paintings and knits scarves. Her “pet scarves” have become a vehicle for raising awareness (and funds) for local animal rescues. She is very grateful to live in the Black Hills with her family, spending much of her time creating."
